SAME DAY CONFIRMATION:
If desired, written confirmation of your order will be faxed to you the same day we recieve your order. Orders recieved ofter buriness hours are confirmed the next business day.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Olshen’s maintains a $100 minimum order on all orders. Custom and special order minimums are set by the manufacturer; ask your Olshen’s representative for details.
PRICE GUARANTEES:
Price quotes on in-stock items are good for 30 days. If the price on a product is set to change, the customers with long term contract pricing and customers with open accounts will receive 30 days written notice.
FREE SAMPLES:
We are happy to send you free samples of stock containers and closures. Samples are shipped within 24 hours upon request.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH OLSHEN’S:
Have frequent or high-volume needs? Please ask your sales representative or customer service representative for a credit application and one will be mailed or faxed to you the same day. Upon approval, terms are net/30 days from the date of invoice. Credit lines begin at $500.
DELIVERY:
Any change in the status of your order and we will notify you right away. We use trucks from our own fleet or a common carrier, whichever is faster and more cost-effective for you; shipments can be prepaid or collect. Smaller orders can be shipped by UPS or freight collect. Warehouse will-call is also available. We know your deadlines are crucial, so be sure to include your purchase order number; we are unable to process your order without it.
RETURNS:
Your satisfaction with our services is very important to us. That’s why at Olshen’s we want to hear from you right away if you have a question about our shipment. Just call and your customer representative will be happy to work with you.For inventory purposes, an authorization is required for all returns; a nominal restocking fee may apply.
A WORD ABOUT PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY:
REMEMBER: Only by testing your product with a particular container, liner, and closure can you determine compatibility. For best results, such testing should be done under the normal circumstances for your product: packaging process, shipping, shelf storage, etc.
Olshen’s is happy to send you free samples for testing purposes.

I am searching for a source of 12 oz. & 24 oz. glass bottles to package a teriyaki sauce, order size: probably 1 palatte of each size. Also, do you accept p/up by a shipping co.?

I am looking for a grouler for putting beer in.
The necks on the grouler we are using are difficult to fill with the foaming. Do you have approximately one litter glass container that we could fill with beer and cap or lid to take to go?

They also have round black twist caps.
I would like to find Bulk Pricing for your products in Pallet quantities and less than pallet qtys also pack size, do you have a standard discount format off the normal listed price, or is this done individually upon each request? I am in need of 32 oz Vinegar Bottles in Clear Plastic and also Glass, 8 oz Plastic White HDPE Boston Round 24-410, 16 Cylinder Straight Sided w/Buttress neck finish, and 32 oz HDPE WHITE Buttress neck finish 38mm neck finish.
